iNTALECT are pleased to announce the merger of Courtland IT into the iNTALECT stable. Courtland IT, also based in Hinckley have been supporting a variety of companies in Leicestershire and Warwickshire who will be able to enjoy the wider and more in depth services provided by iNTALECT.

As the floods rampage through the streets of Tewkesbury and surrounding area, one of iNTALECT's customers has been severely affected.
With staff unable to get to the office in the main street of Tewkesbury, iNTALECT's helpdesk has been assisting Healthcare's conscientious staff by providing remote access to enable users to log on to their office server. This has provided the company with a level of continuity during very difficult times.
Judy Johnston of Healthcare RM said, "I have been stuck at home, and wanted to check my email, keep in touch with fellow employees and keep abreast of any work related issues that I can carry out remotely. Email Threat Reported By Several Customers

iNTALECT have received several reports from customers around the country of emails containing messages suggesting you have received a greeting card or ecard similar to the one shown above. Some are better disguised than others, but most make reference to the fact that "you have received a greeting card from a neighbour." If the link is activated a viscous programme is downloaded onto your computer creating havoc with Outlook. This email seems to avoid standard anti-virus software, but is being captured by managed services such as Blackspider or Email Systems.
The best course of action is the same as with all suspicious looking emails - if in doubt, delete it out!
