Logging a helpdesk call with iNTALECT couldn't be easier.

We offer both Telephone & Email Support or you can access our web enabled helpdesk directly to either log a call or simply get an update.

Telephone Support

For those customers with one of our Digital IP Phone Systems you can call the helpdesk FREE OF CHARGE, please dial 888 from your handset.

To log a helpdesk call please send an email to topdesk@intalect.co.uk

Please ensure you add as much relevant information as possible.

If you simply want to get in touch with the helpdesk regarding an existing call please email helpdesk@intalect.co.uk

NOTE : - Please do not send helpdesk requests direct to engineers as we can not guarantee these emails will be seen straight away due to engineers being on holiday or out of the office.
