We have a range of packages including Hold Music, IVR Menus and Back Ground Music. Hold Music scripts can vary in length from 400 words up to 800 with the option of multiple voiceover's so you do not loose the customers attention.

The process is very simple, you simply place an order via our sales team, the script writers will gather information on your company by either reading your website or from brochures provided by yourselves. If you prefer to have an emphasis on a particular service or product just let us know and the script writers will concentrate on that area.

Once you approve the script and have chosen a voice and back ground music the recording goes into production and you will receive the MP3 file within 5 working days.
